Job Summary: The Conflict of Interest Program Manager develops, implements, and coordinates the Institutional Conflict of Interest and Conflict of Commitment Program in accordance with the Board of Trustees and the Alabama State Ethics Laws. Creates and manages management plan templates and supporting guidance documentation. Oversees process improvements related to nepotism management plans and research financial conflict management plans. Serves as a liaison between campus, faculty, staff, and University administration. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of compliance experience; OR master's degree and some compliance experience. Skills and Knowledge: Outstanding customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical, judgment, and organization skills. Ability to work with a variety of cultures and backgrounds. Ability to work cooperatively with various levels of faculty, staff, students, and outside agencies. High degree of personal and professional ethics, and moral courage and fortitude. Preferred Qualifications: CCEP certifications. Advanced degree in a related field.
