KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Segment Vice President of HR, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will act as both a strategic and tactical HR partner for multiple corporate client groups - Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, and HR, working directly with key leaders to support their departmental strategy in all aspects of HR. The HRBP will partner with a variety of HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), such as Talent Acquisition/Development, Benefits, Compensation, HR Communications, and the HR Project Management Office to support their respective client groups.
