What You Will Do * Manage Business Risk: Oversee the business risk position through Asset Maintenance Work Process (AMWP) to ensure compliance, optimize economics, enhance forecasting, and maintain operational efficiency, aligning mill leadership with the goal of meeting and exceeding mill objectives. * Promote Safety and Performance: Support and promote a culture of continuous improvement to achieve zero Serious Injury or Fatality (SIF) incidents and zero Process Safety Level II/III incidents. * Subject Matter Expertise: Build and sustain your role as the AMWP Site Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring comprehensive knowledge across all critical AMWP roles. * Mentorship and Development: Mentor site Gatekeepers on AMWP standards, including spend plan development, execution, forecasting, and work prioritization, while fostering a business mindset using the Decision-Making Framework (DMF). * Cultural Leadership: Advance and strengthen the PBM (Principle-Based Management) culture across the maintenance organization by leading discussions and building partnerships throughout the facility. * Support Key Initiatives: Support the facility's vision to meet and exceed Key Bets, focusing on initiatives for reliability, maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), spend optimization, and waste reduction. * AMWP Sustainability: Validate and maintain the cadence of AMWP sustainability activities, including prioritization meetings, Internal Financial Control (IFC) reviews, and SAP/PTM/Asset Suite security profile updates. * Training and Facilitation: Facilitate and train Georgia Pacific Representatives (GPRs) and Gatekeepers on contract management, scope, and spend plans to enhance transparency and optimization. * Process Improvement: Leverage AMWP dashboards and reports to identify opportunities for process improvement and gap closure. * Account Management: Oversee the management of the chart of accounts, ensuring Gatekeepers are proficient with the most frequently used accounts. Expectations * Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure strict compliance with AMWP standards and seek best practices and guidance from the Platform Disciplined Operations team. * Utilization of Tools: Encourage the utilization of AMWP dashboards and reports to drive process improvements and address gaps. * Internalization of Standards: Ensure Gatekeepers fully internalize all aspects of the AMWP standard and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including the Maintenance Systems Excellence (MSE) process. * Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Foster collective collaboration across GP divisions to enhance team integration, knowledge sharing, and risk reduction. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). What Will Put You Ahead * Bachelor's Degree or higher. * Experience within a pulp and paper manufacturing facility. * Previous experience in a Gatekeeper or Asset Availability Leader role. For this role, we anticipate paying $110,000 - $120,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
