Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of mechanical experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
• Ability to work overtime on short notice

Commercial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on commercial properties. Light electrical work such as emergency lights and exit signs, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems, and repairing both interior and exterior finishes, including painting and tile repairs. The role involves operating scissor or boom lifts, replacing light bulbs, and hanging banners, as well as submitting accurate paperwork. Additionally, the technician will maintain cleanliness in the facilities, handle trash removal, minor landscaping, and perform other assigned duties. They must ensure all tasks are completed in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Shift Details

• Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 4:30 PM
• Evening and weekend availability is required
• Pay | $23 - $33 per hour
