This is a temporary, grant-funded position involving administrative and community outreach tasks.

Job Description

Administrative work will include but will not be limited to scheduling and attending multiple weekly meetings, securing presentation sites and outreach events through calls, email, and in-person attendance, monitoring data, tracking incentives, adhering to the grant budget, conducting research and literature reviews, and preparing for and participating in report-outs with funders in a professional manner. Some grants will require relationships with outside vendors and will coordinate enrollment with community members in their programs, including technology and language access projects. Community-oriented work will include building and growing existing partnerships with municipalities, educational institutions, community and faith-based organizations, small businesses, health departments, etc., tabling at community events, delivering health-related presentations (presentations delivered in languages outside of English a plus), hosting pop-up vaccine clinics and health screenings in community settings along with vaccine partners, recording on-site data, and uploading data quickly for evaluation. While this position includes 40 hours per week, flexibility is a must as most meetings will take place during traditional office hours, while community events often take place during evening and weekend hours. Reliable transportation and the ability to lift and transport supplies, including a tent, table, chairs, paper materials, and giveaways is required.
