As the Vice President of Demand Marketing & Channel Operations, you will lead and coach a dedicated team of demand generation professionals and channel specialists and will play a strategic role in contributing to our global business growth. You will be responsible for developing and ensuring successful implementation of demand generation strategies for the US and globally to achieve our goals. What you'll do:
Oversee the delivery of marketing programs and campaigns to ensure contribution to pipeline and bookings in line with business targets alongside your direct team and centralized marketing functions Lead, coach and manage a team of demand marketers and channel specialists to progress their careers, encourage innovation and inspire growth Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations and BDR teams to ensure alignment of priorities and optimize downstream impact of marketing campaigns Measure, track and report on the effectiveness of activities and provide direction on optimization and future campaign development based on results, continuing to develop a data-driven and testing mindset on the team Work with individual teams to optimize channel performance across email, paid search, events, and webinars
What you'll need:
15+ years of experience in global or multinational B2B demand generation with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the SaaS sector Proven track record of delivering lead and pipeline growth through integrated multi-channel campaigns, including email, digital advertising, content marketing, events, and ABM History of working closely with sales teams to align marketing and sales priorities and goals Data and metrics driven mindset to assess campaign performance, generate insights and optimize ROI Experience building, managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams Ability to drive results through your job competencies of talent development, influence and strategic execution Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team. The starting pay range for this role is $200,000+ per annum with 20% MBO. Pay progression based on your performance.
