The Territory Sales Manager - Case IH optimizes customer satisfaction and Case IH independent dealer performance through the development and implementation of a balanced business strategy both at the dealer and territory level to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. This role covers the areas of East Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida. Residence within the territory is required with a preferred location in either North Florida or south Georgia.



Responsibilities

    Meet monthly, quarterly and annual objectives; both market share and wholesale; by effective leadership of the territory sales team (includes dealers, product specialists, CNH credit and service)
  • Direct and implement retail sales calls and retail financing with the sales team
  • Manage dealer inventory to meet retail demand and align with company objectives
  • Review and engage in Dealer Development and Optimization as needed
  • Implement a successful Dealer Product Training Schedule
  • Monthly reviews on sales plans and market share objectives
  • Communicate issues, concerns, trends and competitive information from the field to the appropriate department
  • Deliver customer value and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure territory profitability
  • Be the lead of the territory and optimally manage the business unit.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience selling heavy equipment through an established distribution network required. OR
  • Associate's degree and 7 or more years of experience selling heavy equipment through an established distribution network. OR
  • High school diploma and 10 or more years of experience selling heavy equipment through an established distribution network considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within territory for customer visits and territory management.
  • Experience with Business Strategy and the ability to manage both short term goals and long term targets simultaneously.

The annual salary for this role is $95,000 - $130,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
