Job Highlights
Lead and improve the site's reliability program for fixed and rotating equipment by tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance metrics. Serve as the site expert for equipment integrity and ensure compliance with mechanical integrity (MI) and Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements. Key Responsibilities include:
- Own and improve the reliability program to meet site targets.
- Manage the site's PSM Mechanical Integrity program, ensuring compliance with ASME, API, and RAGAGEP standards.
- Provide technical expertise on fixed and rotating equipment, metallurgy, lubrication, alignment, vibration analysis, and failure mechanisms.
- Oversee equipment installations, modifications, and inspections for piping, vessels, and relief devices.
- Provide troubleshooting support for plant equipment and recommend reliability improvements.
- Analyze failure data from the CMMS and lead root cause failure analyses.
- Conduct reliability studies and engineering calculations to optimize equipment performance.
- Supervise the Reliability Technician and enhance equipment monitoring programs.
- Develop procedures and provide technical support to Maintenance for reliability and MI topics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with industry code and standards such as API and ASME
- Demonstrated knowledge of chemical industry equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Compensation: We offer competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and an individual performance bonus program.In accordance with Washington state requirements, the established pay range for this position is Min: $94,700 to Max: $157,800. The actual compensation will depend on the candidates qualifications and experience.
