The Product Marketing Strategy and Operations team is responsible for organizational effectiveness and transformational programs. We help create the processes and conditions for high performance across the team. We partner closely with product marketing leadership to drive strategy, operations and planning across the product marketing organization. And we lead programs that make things noticeably better for internal and external users. We are hiring for a Senior Marketing Program Manager, Go-To-Market to join our Product Marketing team to lead the development and implementation of our go-to-market processes. This is a critical role that will help us systematize and operationalize how we work with stakeholder teams to bring products to market effectively and efficiently. About the Role In this opportunity as a Senior Marketing Program Manager, Go-To-Market, you will be:

Responsibilities
- Design and implement go-to-market processes that enable the product marketing team to work effectively with the product development team and other stakeholders
- Provide strategic governance on how we release products. Create, maintain, and communicate launch process, timelines, best practice guidelines, and templates across product marketing and stakeholder teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new products on the roadmap and develop plans to bring them to market
- Own the structure and optimization of project plans and timelines across the product marketing organization to ensure successful execution of go-to-market initiatives
- Identify, develop, and implement operational enhancements for efficiency and provide thought leadership and innovation in the launch process
- Collect meaningful key metrics to guide the launch and communicate results frequently with senior leadership
- Work with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements
- Leverage go-to-market and product knowledge to help anticipate risk and provide mitigation and escalation paths
About You You're a fit for the role of Senior Marketing Program Manager, Go-to-Market if your background includes:
- 5+ years experience in product marketing, program management, product management, or related field, ideally within a SaaS business
- Proven track record of designing and implementing effective processes and procedures
- Strong knowledge of go-to-market strategies and product marketing principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $114,520 - $212,680.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
