The Director-Pricing Strategy & Analytics position will lead the development and execution of data driven pricing strategies that enhance profitability, market competitiveness, and long-term value creation. This will work cross-functionality to provide analytical insights that inform pricing decisions. The role will also optimize pricing structures, discounting frameworks, and packaging strategies to maximize revenue and margin performance.

This role will report directly to our Vice President-Strategy and will have ad-hoc support from other colleagues from the corporate strategy team. The position requires a strong quantitative background, experience in pricing methodologies, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.



  • Design and implement pricing structures that align with organization's overall business objectives, balancing revenue growth and margin optimization.
  • Develop packaging and bundling strategies that enhance product/service adoption and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Establish and refine discounting, volume-based pricing, and dynamic pricing frameworks based on demand elasticity and competitive positioning.
  • Provide analytical support to business development, finance, and product teams to ensure pricing decisions drive sustainable business performance.
  • Build data-driven models to assess price sensitivity, competitive benchmarks, and revenue impact across customer segments.
  • Conduct A/B testing and scenario modeling to evaluate the effectiveness of various pricing approaches.
  • Leverage advanced analytics tools (SQL, Python, R, Excel) to track pricing performance and refine strategies in real time.
  • Develop and maintain pricing dashboards for internal stakeholders to monitor key pricing metrics.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing strategies to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop frameworks to assess pricing power and pricing elasticity across different products and services.
  • Regularly present pricing insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with our Business Development team to develop pricing strategies that enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Align with the Finance team to ensure pricing models support overall profitability and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Communications personnel to align promotional pricing strategies with brand positioning.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on pricing best practices and competitive positioning.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of work experience in pricing strategy, business planning, revenue management, financial/operational analytics or closely related fields or 5+ years of related work experience with an advanced degree.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with expertise in Excel required and knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools a plus.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Experience developing packaging strategies, as well as discounting frameworks.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support research and stakeholder engagement.

  • Exposure to computer screens.
  • The noise level in work environment is usually moderate.
  • Required hybrid work schedule, at least 3 days/week in office.
  • Required job duties are performed in a professional office environment.
