Job Overview
Lead and improve our organization's business continuity efforts. This individual contributor role will be responsible for ensuring that business continuity plans are detailed, maintained, and effectively integrated across the enterprise. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to understand the operational resiliency ecosystem, influence continuity initiatives, and drive a cohesive program that identifies and mitigates continuity risks. Also responsible for constant improvement of Enterprise Business Continuity Programs. A strong dedication to outstanding customer experience and a high level of dedication, passion, motivation, and persuasive ability in a team and cross-functional environment is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and govern the program to develop, document, and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans across all units to ensure organizational resilience. Supporting business partners to develop, document, and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans across all business units to ensure organizational resilience. Conduct business impact analyses (BIAs) to evaluate critical processes, dependencies, and recovery strategies. Establish, refine, and carry out business continuity policies, procedures, and frameworks that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Provide the tools and resources for business continuity exercises and testing to validate recovery plans and identify areas for improvement. Provide training and awareness programs to business units on business continuity standard processes and responsibilities. Deliver value in the planning process such that the plans advise response, recovery, and restoration activities when there is a disruption to the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business continuity initiatives with broader operational resiliency efforts. Partner with IT, Risk Management, Compliance, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of continuity efforts with cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and crisis management initiatives.
- Identify, assess, and address business continuity risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are effectively implemented.
- Serve as a subject matter authority and trusted advisor on business continuity and resiliency planning, influencing leadership and driving enterprise-wide engagement. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to enhance business continuity strategies.

Education:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree - Business, Risk Management, Emergency Management, or a related field (Preferred)
Work Experience:
- 7-10 years Experience dealing with business operations (i.e. sales, care, supply chain, emergency management, etc.). (Required)
- 5 Plus years experience in business continuity, risk management or operation resilience (Strongly Preferred)
- Call center experience a plus (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Business Continuity Knowledge - Solid understanding of business continuity frameworks, standard processes, and regulatory compliance requirements. (Required)
- Business Continuity Practice - Experience in conducting risk assessments, BIAs, and leading continuity exercises. (Required)
- Analytical Skills - Ability to analyze sophisticated business processes and interdependencies to develop effective continuity plans. (Required)
- Project Management - Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and a proactive mentality. (Required)
- Communication & Influence - Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder leadership skills. (Required)

Base Pay Range: $97,100 - $175,100
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
