ARES is looking for a candidate who independently monitors and analyzes program status on a daily basis. Provides ongoing support to the Program Management Office (PMO) in terms of data management and analysis in all areas of project control and business management to include performance measures and improvements. Provides support during the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process. Performs business management functional duties as assigned by Program Manager. Provides leadership and support associated with implementing and maintaining Earned Value Management (EVM) within a project environment to include: planning and setting up the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), leading/supporting Internal Baseline Reviews (IBRs), performing EVM data analysis, and reporting (using commercial Earned Value Management) EVM tools such as Cobra or Empower)

Experience:

  • 10-15 years of applicable experience is desired.

Education:

  • A BS/BA is desired for the candidate.
