**This position is an Onsite role based out of our Woodbridge, NJ office**

About You

Are you a self-starter and a team player who is extremely detail oriented and have a passion for commercial real estate? We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to support our high-performing investment sales team.

As the Team Transaction Manager, you will offer essential support for the team's operations, including project management, proposals, presentations, transaction coordination, marketing, client relations, database management, and involvement throughout all stages of a transaction.

In this role, you will...

  • Coordinate the planning and directing of all financial, marketing, and operational activities of the team

  • Partner with marketing on the creation and preparation of content for listing pitches/presentations and memorandums

  • Assist with drafting content, creating, and gathering maps, coordinating surveys and other applicable market intelligence and marketing support.

  • Maintain records of correspondence, complete marketing update reports and client activity reports.

  • Coordinate with the broker leaders on the execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Oversee and participate in all projects that are viewed as being critical to the team, including tracking action items and handling deliverables.

  • Regularly communicate with clients and capital sources including required weekly reporting.

  • Gather and coordinates materials necessary for transactions, including listing/commission agreements, due diligence, and sales agreements

  • Assist in the development of valuation and strategy pitches and presentations for a varied range of institutional and private clients

  • Liaise with clients to coordinate information, organize meetings, and obtain required documentation on listings and potential business opportunities.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position.

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Communications, Real Estate, or another related field.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of financial terms and principals, with the ability to abstract a lease and calculate intermediary figures

  • Active NJ real estate license is preferred or willingness to become licensed

Area/Location Specific: Woodbridge, NJ

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $76,275 to $100,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Benefits

Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. 12 weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
