- Mandatory Skillset - .Net or Mainframe, prod support experience, service management and minimum 1+ years of experience in payment platform - ACH/WIRE preferably in Fiserv
- Associate has to be strong in one of the skillset - Mainframe or .Net
- Experience and knowledge in Banking domain
- Production Support Experience in handling L2 incident, PR, SR Management with SLA adherence
- Experience in working with COTS product vendors for Banking (Preferred : FIS products)
- Knowledge in .NET / JAVA / Mainframe (Basic troubleshooting by referring logs)
L3 support
- Experience and knowledge in experience in payment platform - ACH/WIRE preferably in Fiserv EPP products
- Production Support Experience L3 - in handling incident's passed from L2 team, with SLA adherence
- Experience in working with COTS product vendors for Banking is preferred. Have experience in Fiserv DNA, FIS Systematic, FIS Payments, Actimize, AFS Vision, EPP products or COTS products
- Hands on experience in .NET / JAVA / Mainframe for Minor Enhancements, Problem requests, Service requests, Permanent bug fixes, Change Requests
- Develop, test, deploy and release application changes
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues, by collaborating with L1 and L3
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform thorough analysis to identify the root causes of issues and provide permanent fixes
- Implementation of Solutions: Develop and deploy scripts, patches, or updates to address technical issues
- Develop, test, deploy and release application changes
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues, by collaborating with L1 and L3
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform thorough analysis to identify the root causes of issues and provide permanent fixes
- Implementation of Solutions: Develop and deploy scripts, patches, or updates to address technical issues
Required Skill:

- Retail Banking experience is mandatory
