Role Summary

Our team that handles Business to Business (primarily fleets) is seeking a Project Manager to assist in growing our foundational program documentation and standard operating procedures while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and keeping owner safety and satisfaction at heart. This role will support Service Intake, Roadside Dispatching, Escalations, and other areas that impact this function of this business.


Responsibilities

  • Ability to implement requested changes that help create improvements or mitigation efforts to solve problems
  • Attend cross-functional meetings with internal business partners, documenting outcomes and next steps, and sharing with appropriate business partners when requested.
  • Assist in driving projects from initial concept through to successful execution and delivery.
  • Oversee the maintenance and management of Program Confluence pages, SharePoint sites, and Knowledge Management System (KMS) pages to ensure seamless collaboration and up-to-date resources.
  • Assist in iterating, creating, and rolling out new processes and process updates in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross functionally to identify existing business problems and opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to be supportive to end users, improving adoption of programs and offering instant coaching with your knowledge of the business
  • Communication and organizational skills, both in person and with documentation

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of fleet operations experience, or in a complex and highly adaptive environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in technical products as a subject matter expert with the ability to translate it into scalable processes for key stakeholders to increase efficiencies.
  • Experience developing new processes or documenting existing process, and identifying areas of improvement Organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficient in Confluence, Jira, Smartsheets or project management systems
  • Ability to function in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Capable of building trust with cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining a focus on problem solving and adhering to set standards and operating procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills * Success in team environments, able to demonstrate accountability
  • Ability to be empathetic in nature with a passion for acquiring and sharing knowledge while remaining open to both giving and receiving feedback
  • Travel may be required
