Certified Surgical Technologist Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital - Charlottesville, VA ~Full Time and Day shift~ 7:00am-5:00pm Up to $15,000 sign on bonus for qualified candidates! Minimum Requirements: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Certifications - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) OR Tech in Surgery TS-C - Certification - National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) Licensed Surgical Technologist - Virginia Basic Life Support (BLS) Trade School Graduate - Surgical Technologist OR training from military or vocational school Department Information:Performing an average of 7,000 cases each year, the Operating Room at SMJH has 8 OR suites and offers a variety of service lines including; Complex GYN, Neurosurgery, Vascular/Thoracic and Orthopedic surgery. It is also the 2nd highest-performing OR in the Sentara system for Orthopedic total joint procedures. NBSTSA or NCCT certification accepted. Licensed Surgical Technologist - State license - Other/National Required. Licensed Surgical Technologist - State license - North Carolina Preferred.
