Your daily routine at Adecco

  • Develop relevant sales strategy to accelerate the sales growth of Adecco HR Advisory Solution.
  • Generate new business by offering on-the-edge market insights and professional consultation to clients on HR solutions to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Initiate and consolidate sales pipeline for short/medium and long term through networking with industry lead and businesses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of proposed solutions.
  • Understand Adecco brands and solutions to catch every opportunity for cross-functional selling projects.

Your checklist for the role

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales function, direct Asia and Hong Kong experience is preferred.
  • Minimum Degree Qualification.
  • Fluent in Englishand Cantonese, proficient in Mandarinis also preferred.
  • B2B sales experience is required.Experience in the recruitment industry is highly preferred or a related fast paced sector which is solutions orientated and consultative.
  • Solution selling skills and able to create complex multi-faceted deals from bid receipt to solution crafting, to pricing, presentation, negotiation and close.
  • Organizational ability to set targets and follow-up.
  • Strategic ability to analyze data and put in place clear goals and real action items to effect change.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to successfully engage with all stakeholder groups.

  • Highly Energetic, persuasive, well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell (B2B Sales, Solution Selling).
