you'll be an integral part of a team focused on improving public health and supporting vital programs such as disease prevention, health promotion, and disaster response. You'll work closely with health departments and public health districts, directly impacting the well-being of your community.

Pay: $15 per hour

Shift:



  • Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM



Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients by answering inquiries, offering information, and delivering services to meet customer needs.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, WIC voucher printing, and managing caseloads, inventory, and office supplies.
  • Address complex customer service issues by researching policies, procedures, and regulations to find solutions.
  • Interpret when needed and communicate clearly in both English and Spanish to ensure accurate information delivery.



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED, with at least 90 college credit hours from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
