Overview

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Business Coordinator, supporting TOS II, at Arnold AFB in Tullahoma, TN. The Business Coordinator will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for [e.g. operating and maintaining or supporting] the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.

Job Summary

Work will be performed at the Arnold Air Force Base, and travel to other facilities as necessary. Interface between the Arnold Design and Manufacturing and other AEDC facilities including DoD customers. The business coordinator will communicate capabilities, identify business opportunities, and facilitate funding transfers and project kickoffs.

Job Duties:

Understand and communicate Design and Manufacturing capabilities with other DoD facilities.
• Identify opportunities Arnold can satisfy and deliver value.
• Facilitate the project kickoff and ensure stakeholders have active points of contact.
• Understand and assist with the funding transfer.
• Attend major project reviews, and review customer satisfaction.
• Maintain good customer service with each lead and project.
• Coordinate future work with Arnold Management and strategic planning.
• It is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy.
• Perform other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering with 9 years of progressive and relevant experience or any equivalent combination of education and progressive and relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and the AEDC local area network.
• Current U. S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance
• Knowledge of Arnold Design and Manufacturing business processes and capabilities
• Knowledge of engineering codes and standards
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
