Cox Enterprises is hiring an experienced non-practicing attorney with a strong background in real estate transactions to join our Enterprise Real Estate Transactions team. This role provides a unique opportunity for a legal professional to leverage their real estate expertise outside of traditional legal practice, driving strategic real estate initiatives that directly impact Cox's business growth.
Reporting to the Director of Real Estate Transactions, this individual will play a key role in shaping and executing real estate strategies across Cox's business units. The Senior Manager will manage critical lease deadlines, oversee portfolio reviews, and support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) through real estate due diligence and integration efforts. This role offers significant autonomy, allowing for creative problem-solving and strategic execution with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities

USD 119,600.00 - 199,400.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $119,600.00 - $199,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
