Job Description: Coordinates the logical and physical design and development of the enterprise data architecture in support of the Enterprise Data Repository and Business Intelligence infrastructure. Provides strategic direction and input for policies on best practices for the integrated data architecture. Job Responsibility:
- Provides strategic advice and guidance to the Data Lake and Governance function.
- Develops the logical and physical design of the enterprise data architecture, including design, build and implementation of an Operational Data Store (ODS), Data Warehouse, and Data marts, etc.
- Analyzes existing data models for applicability to ODS, Data Warehouse and Data Marts schemas.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand project requirements and communicate implementation methodology, project milestones and system functionality.
- Works with source system owners to establish and measure data quality metrics, investigates and resolves source data issues; continuously evaluating and refining transformation rules.
- Designs and delivers guidelines that allow for a broad base of developers to build content sourced in an ODS adhering to established standards and strategy.
- Recommends and advocates for data policies, governance structures and control frameworks for ongoing management of data to ensure synchronization, accuracy, completeness and reliability.
- Provides recommendations for optimization and performance improvements to database design, ETL processes and tuning of applications and hardware for existing and projected needs. Resolves data anomalies and conducts data integration analysis.

Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work independently (self-motivated; highly driven; outcome oriented)
- 3+ years of experience developing Planning Analytics / TM1 solutions
- Demonstrated experience working with users in development and support capacity
- Quick learner with a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Experience developing hybrid business solutions that are flexible, scalable and leverage wide range of technologies
- Experience in providing risk assessment for new functionality and enhancements, and identify process improvement opportunities to drive innovation
- Relevant corporate finance experience exhibiting knowledge of financial planning functions and related processes
- Experience writing SQL for data transformations in multiple database platforms/dialects (SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, etc.)
- Proficiency in one of the following: R, Python, Java
