*Expectation is employees are based in the Twin Cities area and spend 3 days per week working from the Maple Grove, MN office.

About the role:

This Global Product Manager will be responsible for leading competitive marketing strategies to drive growth of our market-leading peripheral drug-eluting therapies, Eluvia Drug-Eluting Stent and Ranger Drug-Coated Balloon. This individual will partner closely with marketing colleagues and cross-functional partners to champion and execute global marketing programs and respond to competitive activity in the dynamic global markets.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Build clinical and technical expertise in peripheral vascular disease states and product therapies
  • Monitor global competitive peripheral drug-eluting therapies markets to identify and assess competitive opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with global product owners, regional marketing partners and cross-functional partners to define necessary marketing and commercial actions.
  • Lead and galvanize cross-functional teams to execute competitive initiatives and measure results and business impact.
  • Build competitive positioning, messaging and sales and marketing tools to support competitive strategies, and support dissemination and training on new strategies.
  • Closely collaborate with and support the US sales and commercial organization; spend time in the field understanding competitive DE market dynamics, building sales and customer relationships and gathering actionable insights to inform competitive marketing strategies.
  • Attend domestic and international industry conferences and meetings.
  • Participate in an open, challenging, stimulating and positive team environment in which we win not as individuals but as a collective team. Work closely with downstream marketing peers as well as extended team members to ensure a coordinated, consistent marketing strategy and communication to our shared customers and partners.



Required qualifications:



  • BA/BS required
  • 2+ years of marketing experience within medical device and/or healthcare industry
  • Ability to travel approximately 20%, mostly domestic with some international travel.



Preferred qualifications:



  • MBA/master's degree
  • Strong communication, collaboration, leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.
  • Ability to develop clinical and commercial expertise in peripheral vascular disease states and medical device products
  • Experience participating in cross functional teams working within a dynamic, matrixed organization

Maximum Salary: $156900

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
