Senior Systems Engineer

We have an exciting remote opportunity for aiSenior Systems Engineer who will deploy, secure, perform tuning, operate, and maintain agentic AI system and components, including models, chain server, time-slice GPU container cluster, embedding, indexing, and vector databases. Create an end-to-end pipeline to support business workflows to utilize AI agent systems. Support other business processes, automation and ideally supports systems and automation integration with Azure and O365. Design interfaces and brings system elements together so they work as a whole. Assess performance of Agentic AI using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures. Understand business process automation potential, determines requirements, plans and implements these automated flows. Participate in system conceptual design and documentation of the design concepts. Translate high level product development strategies into system requirement specifications and works with multi-discipline engineering teams to develop lower level detailed requirements. Participate in design reviews of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements through compliance verification and validation. Review test plans/procedures and ensures they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements and participates in the testing process to validate requirements.

• Direct experience working with deploying/tuning RAG Agents (any platform)
• Docker, Linux, GPU timeslicing with docker container engine, familiarity with various LLM and VLM models, understanding of various technical issues and resource constraint problems inherent with RAG components on GPU compute architecture.
• At least 2- 3 years IT Automation Engineering experience with Bachelors (or 5-6 years total IT Automation Engineering experience in lieu.)

• PowerShell, PowerAutomate, Exchange, Microsoft GraphAPI, Active Directory
• Python, Bash, Windows, other automation and productivity tools (Powertoys,, Selenium, etc)
• Kubernetes, NVIDIA NIM
• Able to articulate various successful automation and productivity projects including overcoming challenges during implementation.

Salary Range: $93,000-$140,000
