S&T Bank Summer Internship Program: May 21, 2025 -August 8, 2025. S&T Bank's Summer Internship Program is a compensated professional learning experience that offers meaningful, practical, real-life experience. Summer internship participants will:
Hours may be determined based on the needs of the department but will not exceed 29 hours per week. Internship Program Starting Rate: $13.00/hour Location: Main Office 800 Philadelphia Street Indiana PA 15701 Function: Gains valuable experience within product management while honing communication and critical thinking skills through diverse tasks and direct project experience in support of the Consumer Bank. Duties and Responsibilities: General Duties: Assist in gathering and analyzing market data to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor performance. Provide insight to support product development and marketing strategies. Track product performance and provide regular updates to the Director of Consumer Banking. Manage scheduling, meeting preparation, and documentation for product related initiatives. Assumes other administrative duties to include creating reports, memos, and product resources. Researches and resolves product related questions for internal customers. Assists with special projects in support strategic priorities of the bank, as assigned. Fosters positive and collaborative relationships with colleagues across all departments. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn, the organization. Possess a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Operates PC equipment as needed to process information, prepare deliverables, and perform research. Occasional travel to various locations within the bank's footprint; valid driver's license required. Performs additional duties as required. Physical Demands: Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 60% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Occasional travel may be required.
