S&T Bank Summer Internship Program: May 21, 2025 -August 8, 2025. S&T Bank's Summer Internship Program is a compensated professional learning experience that offers meaningful, practical, real-life experience. Summer internship participants will:
Hours may be determined based on the needs of the department but will not exceed 29 hours per week. Internship Program Starting Rate: $13.00/hour Location: Main Office 800 Philadelphia Street Indiana PA 15701 Function: Works under the direction of management, in a capacity of departmental backup and support, performing assigned duties. General Duties: Conducts market research and analyzes trends to support marketing strategies. Assists in organizing and promoting events, webinars, fundraisers, sponsorships, and community service. Performs research and/or analysis on special projects, as assigned. Provides customer service to internal and external customers through answering incoming telephone calls and noting accurate and detailed messages. Researches and resolves questions for both internal & external customers. Possess a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Operates PC equipment as needed to process information, prepare reports and perform research. Enters data into spreadsheets and databases to process and prepare reports. Assists with the inventory of marketing promotional products and materials. Occasionally assists with moving storage boxes, equipment and marketing materials. Occasionally travels to various locations for branch and event support; valid driver's license required. Maintains a good working relationship with bank employees. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn, the organization. Performs additional duties as required. Physical Demands: Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 60% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
