Job Description

This part-time position will support the Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager at Needham Bank that handles 100% of the RE team's clients for deposit, treasury and cash management services. The CRE Relationship Manager administrator will primarily be involved with the deposit account openings, cash management and treasury service build out of the CRE borrower base. They will work closely with the CRE Relationship Manager, loan officers, portfolio managers and lending assistants to develop and maintain an active CRE deposit portfolio.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Demonstrate awareness, commitment and dedication to servicing and building customer relationship
  • Provide a complete range of customer services at the bank, including opening new accounts, and gathering customer information to process new and existing account opening requests
  • Under the guidance and supervision of the CRE Relationship Manager, follow up with clients and prospects as needed to answer questions, obtain additional information/forms and other items as appropriate
  • Responsible for operational compliance and adherence to bank policies and procedures
  • Gain full understanding and knowledge of the cash management products and services
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including filing, customer file maintenance and prospect/pipeline management
  • Attend and participate in team meetings as needed
  • Perform additional duties as requested, needed or assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



  • Customer service experience and/or sales experience preferred
  • Entry level knowledge of business environment
  • Interest in Banking preferred
