We are looking for a Senior Account Manager for our client a creative branding agency in Dallas.



  • Full time direct-hire
  • Hybrid in Dallas 3 days a per week
  • Annual salary range estimated to range from $90,000 - $130,000 p/y

As part of a larger organization, our team is redefining the client-agency model and operates both within the internal marketing team and externally in an innovative inside-out approach.

Working in a new team of five and reporting to the Account Director, this is an opportunity to make your mark on a newly established agency setup. You will be part of a dynamic and energetic team that takes to heart their client's business needs to deliver effective strategic and creative solutions that make a difference.

The Role

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing an account effectively and profitably by planning for and organizing all areas relevant to the development and execution of projects. This includes ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the account and ensuring great creative ideas are executed professionally and deployed successfully through the brand's key markets. If the Account Director is unavailable, the Senior Account Manager should be able to manage any issues unsupervised and inspire confidence in clients that they can do so.


Client / Inter-Agency Relationships

  • Developing effective relationships with key stakeholders on the client account, ensuring regular client contact and maintaining professional relationships at all levels.
  • Leading and managing mid-size projects independently with clients and internal teams in previous roles.
  • Diplomatically challenging the client and the agency with reasoned arguments and thinking.
  • Serving as an efficient, respected, and reliable liaison between teams at all levels of the global network.
  • Actively fostering respectful, productive, and supportive working relationships within the organization.


Project Management

  • Following agency processes to ensure jobs are successfully managed.
  • Ensuring effective briefs are created, signed off by the client, and communicated to relevant teams.
  • Working closely with internal partners to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Experience in developing an account and growing business.
  • Passion for generating bright ideas and delivering work that sells.
  • Ability to think beyond execution and offer solutions rather than problems.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills-understanding the importance of positive client relationships and demonstrating an engaging and open style of communication.
  • Experience and success in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills-working efficiently, prioritizing effectively, and streamlining processes where appropriate.


Financial Management

  • Maintaining a solid financial process to ensure efficient utilization of time across departments.
  • Demonstrating cost awareness on managed projects and raising any concerns with leadership.


Client Knowledge

  • Having a strong understanding of the client's business operations and gathering information efficiently to support each brief.
  • Keeping up to date with competitive reviews, both executional and strategic.

The annual salary range estimated to range from $90,000 - $130,000 p/y with benefits package.
