Supply Clerk

Willamette Valley Cancer Institute, Central Oregon's largest privately own cancer care and treatment center, is looking for an Admixture Supply Clerk to join their team at the Eugene clinical location. Ideal for someone who is exploring the pharmacy and admixture career path, this position will support the admixture team manage, order, and distribute the large amount of supplies that are needed to help our patients on a daily basis. Inventory management, intra-office delivery of supplies, and assisting with some of the high level cleaning needed to ensure the admixture department can continue providing the level of care our community has come to expect.

The general pay scale for this position at WVCI is $18.00 - $25.19. The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Performs clinic support functions including stocking, cleaning, and ordering supplies.
  • Helps maintain a clean admixture, and infusion environment.
  • Maintains inventory management under the supervision of admixture leadership.
  • Files all admixture records and documentation according to record retention policies.
  • Assist with intra-clinic transportation of materials, possibly including chemotherapy.
  • Courier supplies or medications to satellite clinics or collect materials from local medical facilities.
  • Other various projects and duties as needed by the pharmacy/admixture and infusion departments.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform courier duties if needed to Corvallis, Albany, and/or coastal clinic sites.
  • Position is entry level and requires 1-3 years office and inventory experience, preferably in a medical environment.
