Strategy Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the development of consumption data products.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of data products, from ideation to launch and eventual retirement.
• Define and execute the strategy for business data solutions, ensuring alignment with key business priorities and objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of leaders, fostering a high-performing environment for data professionals, including architects, engineers, and analysts.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand challenges, identify data needs, and develop solutions that enhance operational performance and decision-making.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on data management and business solutions.
• Promote best practices in data management, quality, and security

Core Operational and Delivery Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency across all product roadmaps and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Oversee the end-to-end product management of data solutions, from data collection and processing to advanced analytics and business intelligence.
• Lead the implementation of cloud-based data solutions and modern data architectures, such as lake houses and real-time data processing.
• Coordinate with Delivery Governance to align product delivery roadmaps with the broader organizational delivery roadmap & strategy.
• Manage and track product-level metrics to ensure consistent delivery through a product-focused mindset.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to explore new ideas and approaches to enhance data solutions.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field and 15 years of data and analytics experience OR 19 years of data and analytics experience
• 7 years of management or leadership experience
• Knowledge of HCSC's business processes and function across all LOBs
• Knowledge of data platforms used processing, visualizing, and analyzing data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage high-performing, cross-functional teams.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
