SCOPE OF INTERN WORK: The IRC's Development Team has a need for a Human Resources intern. With Volunteer and Intern Coordination bringing on anywhere from 20-50 interns a semester, the coordination and collaboration required to bring these individuals includes prospecting, interviewing, offering roles, and onboarding individuals. The HR Intern will work closely with almost 20 different programs on a rotating basis, during which the Intern will support specific projects.
