Location: This position will be hybrid located in our La Grange, KY office.

About the Opportunity

As part of the Payment Integrity department, the ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, alongside extensive technical expertise in system testing, SQL, and reading requirements. Experience as a product owner is highly desirable. The contractor will be expected to handle sensitive health-related data (PHI) and contribute to ensuring the quality and success of the project.

What you'll do



  • Reading Requirements: Analyze and interpret system requirements and business needs, ensuring proper alignment and clear understanding across the team.
  • System Testing: Conduct thorough testing of systems to ensure functionality, quality, and compliance with requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to security standards and handle sensitive data, including PHI (Protected Health Information).
  • Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and results to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the coordination and prioritization of project tasks and deliverables.



What experience you bring (Role Requirements)



  • Strong knowledge of SQL for database querying and analysis.
  • Proficiency in system testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring system reliability.
  • Prior experience as a product owner is a plus.
  • Experience with reading and interpreting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Ability to view and handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams.

Pay range:

This is a non-exempt temporary contract position. The hourly rate for this role is competitive and will range depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
