Senior Director/AVP Product Pricing & Analytics, Pricing Transformation (Remote)

JOB SUMMARY: As part of the Global Pricing Team, the AVP will be responsible for leading the Global Product Pricing transformation across all MultiPlan products on the development of pricing frameworks that determine pricing based on value, market trends, competitors, and underlying cost structures. This is a fully remote position.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies including standard pricing (price lists) across the product lifecycle, balancing market competitiveness and revenue optimization
2. Partner with GM and Product to align pricing with value propositions, target markets, and product performance metrics
3. Perform competitive analysis to inform pricing adjustments and ensure alignment with industry trends
4. Lead cross-functional teams in the creation and implementation of pricing policies, discount frameworks, and customer segmentation strategies
5. Regularly evaluate pricing performance, providing data-driven recommendations to refine strategies and optimize revenue and profit
6. Collaborate with finance teams to integrate pricing into broader financial forecasts/reporting through analyses of product-level P&Ls and identification of opportunities to improve revenue, profitability and guide pricing decisions.
7. Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of department.
8. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
9. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
10. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

JOB SCOPE:
Develops and supports execution of pricing strategies that align with business objectives to enhance market competitiveness and maximize revenue and profitability across all functional Product areas. Works within the greater Pricing Transformation Team, GMs, Product teams, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to understand the financial and operational aspects of MultiPlan product set and creates pricing and packaging strategies to transform product pricing to support both short and long-term corporate goals.
