GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The purpose of this position is to providing cleaning of the DaVita Labs facility. This is to provide a safe and sanitary environment for all teammates. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Clean building floors to include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, striping, polishing and finishing including the warehouse 2. Service., clean and restock restrooms to include polishing doors and windows 3. Gather and empty trash 4. Dust and polish Furniture, walls, machines and fixtures 5. Sweep debris from walkways. Shovel snow and de-ice sidewalks as necessary. 6. Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications. 7. Assist in decorating, set up and take down for office events, including setting up and taking down the stage for homeroom. 8. Collect all recyclable trash, tear down boxes and use the recycle waste machine. 9. Other duties as assigned. Which include: Able to work overtime with little or no notice. Attend team meetings and training. Know understand and follow teammate guidelines and policies. Consistent regular punctual attendance as scheduled. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 2 years experience in housecleaning preferred Must have high School diploma or GED SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to lift 25 pounds Must have basic computer skills Must be able to read and write in English Must be able to lift, stand, and walk What We'll Provide: More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
