Pay: $19 per hour

1st Shift Hours: Monday-Friday with varied shift times

Warehouse Lead Responsibilities:

• Train and support new temporary employees with hands-on instruction.
• Assist with shift start-ups, check-in processes, and answer production-related questions.
• Ensure accuracy in work performance while maintaining safety compliance.
• Understand and meet production requirements and quotas.
• Communicate effectively and provide timely follow-ups.
• Perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting mail bags, reading labels, and sorting mail into correct bags and Gaylords. Lifting requirements are frequently up to 50 pounds.

No prior experience is required-we provide full training for this entry-level role!
