In the Learning Experience Design Specialist position, you'll play a key role in delivering virtual training sessions to senior living customers, focusing on onboarding, new feature adoption, and ongoing skill development. You'll also manage our Continuing Education Units (CEU) program, ensuring compliance and supporting professional growth. This role requires expertise in virtual training methodologies, strong facilitation skills, and experience overseeing CEU programs to enhance customer learning and engagement.

What You'll Do and Impact:
Facilitate engaging and interactive virtual training sessions that accommodate different learning styles and experience levels, using various digital tools and platforms. Collaborate with learning experience designers and stakeholders to create relevant and impactful online training content. Maintain and update training materials, including digital resources, manuals, and visual aids. Oversee the administration of the Continuing Education Units (CEU) program, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and managing the approval process. Work with internal and external subject matter experts to develop CEU content and manage live virtual CEU events, including registration, production, and evaluations. Leverage AI-driven content curation tools to optimize CEU content development based on industry trends and learner engagement data. Manage logistics for virtual training, including scheduling, platform setup, and participant communication. Track and report training attendance, completion rates, and learning outcomes using the Learning Management System (LMS) and AI-based analytics. Stay current with industry trends in virtual corporate training and CEU program management, ensuring continuous improvement of content and delivery. Regularly assess and update training programs based on participant feedback and best practices to enhance learning effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in learning experience design, virtual training, or a similar role. Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and virtual training technologies. Experience managing Continuing Education Units (CEU) programs with knowledge of accreditation standards. Certification in training, such as a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or equivalent, is a plus.
