Job Description:
ACP is seeking a part-time or full-time DBT Provider to become a valued member of our expanding team of clinicians. In this role, you'll provide psychological services to a wide variety of clients within our adherent DBT program, including individual sessions and co-facilitating DBT groups. A flexible schedule and caseload are provided.

Responsibilities:
- Lead DBT group sessions, turning each one into a masterclass of skill-building and support.
- Support clients with individual therapy sessions focusing on honing your DBT expertise and fostering client growth.
- Collaborate with our passionate, seasoned team.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current independent licensure from the State of MN (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP) OR on track for LICSW or LPCC licensure
- Passionate about diving into DBT therapy with an eagerness to learn and grow. DBT experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Empathy, compassion, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Starting Pay: $28 - $33 hourly. Actual compensation may vary as determined by licensure, education, experience, skillset, FT/PT status, and schedule.
