Primary Function We're seeking a dynamic Marketing and Engagement Specialist to create meaningful experiences, drive brand engagement, and strengthen our culture across all departments. We'll count on you for things like: Event Planning & Experience Creation Event Management, Logistics & Community Collaboration Cultivate the heartbeat of our company culture through carefully crafted experiences.
- Foster employee engagement and company culture by planning and executing signature corporate events (Holiday Party, Take Your Child to Work Day, Veterans Week Celebrations) with seamless communications and logistics.
- Drive community impact through collaboration and logistical support across Yulista's family of companies that bring value to our mission.
- Maximize brand presence at industry events by overseeing tradeshow planning, booth design, and on-site coordination.
Creative Execution Visual, Digital, and Content Development & Management Bring our brand to life across various marketing channels.
- Drive social media engagement by monitoring our channels daily and collaborating with Content Marketing Manager to plan strategic content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Enhance corporate storytelling through photo and video production at events and professional headshot sessions.
- Optimize digital strategy by monitoring engagement metrics and analyzing performance data.
- Strengthen brand consistency by supporting the Creative Marketing Manager on design initiatives.
Operational Excellence Quality Control & Resource Management Ensure high-quality execution of all brand touchpoints.
- Reinforce company culture and brand identity by managing the Yulista Store and company swag distribution
- Maintain brand excellence through a thorough review of corporate communications and signage, proofreading, etc.
- Support talent acquisition goals by contributing to recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
- Collaborate and ensure departmental efficiency to maintain templates and graphic asset libraries

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of branding and design principles
- Ability to quickly adapt to new software tools and technologies
- Communication & Project Management
- Exceptional writing and editing skills for engaging content creation
- Strong project management abilities with keen attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience interpreting and implementing standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or brand management
- Security & Travel Requirements
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
- Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to travel (~10% of role)
