POSITION: Software Engineer

LOCATION: 6555 State Highway 161, Irving, TX 75039

JOB DUTIES: Design and develop web applications and APIs for the CoverMyMeds product line. Jump into both the front-end and back-end of solutions, with the exact balance depending on the project and team. Own the quality of the solutions you create through automated testing and support and maintain your solutions after they are in production. Contribute to a productive agile environment by collaborating closely with necessary stakeholders, deploying often, and inspecting and adapting as needed. 100% telecommuting allowed from a home office anywhere in the U.S

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study and Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Applicant must have Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in each of the following:

• Designing and implementing high-traffic internal and external back-end APIs;
• Front-end web development technologies and techniques;
• Organizing data through normalization, including updates and rollbacks, using MSSQL or SQL;
• Implementing automated tests and unit tests to improve quality for Ruby on Rails web applications by RSpec;
• Designing and implementing UI interfaces with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery and ReactJS and integrating them with Ruby on Rails;
• Building full-stack, scalable, performant web applications on Ruby on Rails that serve millions of interactions per day;
• Using version control tool Git and code repository platform GitHub for effective Ruby on Rails code management.

Applicant must have One (1) year of experience in:

• Running and modifying application containers with Docker, including Bash;
• Using NodeJS coupled with Rails application.

OFFERED WAGE: $127,878 - $175,300/year
