We are currently seeking a Blender. This position Dumps liquid and solid ingredients into a sheer mixer which feeds into 600 gallon processing tanks. This position reports to the Production Supervisor and has no direct reports. Communicate with Blend Techs on daily batch packets to determine ingredients that are needed to be introducted Review staged materials/ingredients and reference against recipe sheet Complete sign off sheets and necessary paper work to ensure tracking and regulatory compliance Accurately identify ingredients by item numbers on packaging lists Correctly introduce ingredients by "lot" number for traceability Safely operate all processing equipment to the manufactures specifications, efficiencies, and, internal standards Operate Powered Lift Trucks safely in a wet environment Complete mandatory cleaning of all processing equipment and work areas Additional tasks as needed Follow all company GMP's High School or GED. Basic reading and writting skills Forklift certification (Can train) Proven ability for time management Ability to work without constanct supervision Equal Opportunity Employer / Vets / Disabled
