As a key member of our Workplace Solutions team, you'll play a vital role in providing personalized and responsive implementation services for Mutual of Omaha's Group Insurance products to Policyholders and Brokers. You will represent the first impression of Mutual of Omaha for our new Policyholders. You'll be entrusted with managing customer relationships to ensure exceptional satisfaction, maintaining open communication, and delivering on-time results. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to utilize your independent judgment, working with autonomy to create impactful solutions that drive success for both our clients and the company.

  • Estimated Salary: 60,000-70,000 plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Client Relationship & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all external client communications during the implementation process, ensuring smooth information gathering, sharing, and issue resolution to meet customer expectations and uphold Mutual of Omaha's service promises.
  • Comprehensive Issue Resolution: Proactively research and resolve inquiries from Policyholders, Brokers, and the Group Office related to implementation, contract creation, billing setup, and related processes by collaborating with internal teams and utilizing strong problem-solving skills.
  • Implementation Process Management: Lead the implementation process by reviewing and analyzing sold case materials, coordinating with Policyholders and Brokers, and ensuring accurate setup, contract creation, and distribution across all necessary back-office areas.
  • Proactive Service & Quality Assurance: Make outbound calls to Policyholders and Brokers to resolve issues and improve service quality, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery, while turning complaint situations into positive customer experiences.
  • Relationship Building & Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners, while continuously striving to meet team-specific time service and quality goals, and supporting effective service recovery initiatives

  • Commitment to Customer Service Excellence: Proven track record of delivering high-quality, thorough customer service, effectively addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and driving overall satisfaction through accountability and persistence.
  • Adaptability & Change Management: Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments, serving as a change champion by leading and supporting process improvements and navigating organizational shifts effectively
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
