Schmidt Construction part of the Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Mobile Equipment Service Administrator to work at our Colorado Springs, CO location. The Mobile Equipment Service Administrator supports the maintenance department by requisitioning parts, managing parts inventory and scheduling mobile equipment maintenance while performing clerical and administrative responsibilities supporting the site's safety program. Pay: $18-21/hr Benefits Competitive pay Tuition Assistance/Reimbursement Comprehensive Benefit Plan Development Opportunities Responsibilities The Shop Administrator will: Processing eAM work orders in Oracle including monthly closings of all orders Enter payroll for mechanics Issue items out of Inventory Requisitioning parts and service invoices Receiving invoices Tracking equipment maintenance hours for Preventative Maintenance Providing internal & external customer service Running reports for PM scheduling Manage fleet registration Maintaining lists/logs of information Providing administrative support functions for the Manager Other responsibilities deemed necessary by manager Skills The ideal candidate will have: Demonstrated administrative skills Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Some exposure to safety principles and OSHA, DOT and EPA standards a plus Knowledge of mobile equipment repair parts a plus Ability to tolerate noise, temperature variations, and environmental conditions High School diploma or equivalent To Apply Please submit your resume.
