As the Sr Business Analysis Manager, you will provide crucial insights that aid leaders across the business in making key strategic and operational decisions, shaping the long-term vision of T-Mobile. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging top-tier analytical techniques and software to deliver comprehensive insights, analysis, and storytelling. You will craft compelling narratives grounded in thorough analysis and business acumen, collaborating with stakeholders to convey complex media data analyses effectively, ultimately empowering our media initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Primary Data and Reporting Contact: Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by creating intuitive dashboards and visualizations that empower the media team to explore and analyze data effectively. Proactively communicate with stakeholders to stay ahead of frequently changing media data requirements, ensuring crafted stories remain accurate and relevant.
- Storytelling: Construct executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner. Possess the ability to influence leadership through fact-based analysis.
- Cross-Functional Insights: Collaborate with various teams across T-Mobile to collect and curate insights and analysis that drive data-driven decision-making. Analyze trends and underlying assumptions, presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from multiple internal and external sources, identify new data opportunities to improve business outcomes, and support strategic and tactical objectives.
- Define Success Metrics: Collaborate with Analytics and Channel partners to establish success metrics and benchmarks to present optimal, success-driving insights.
- Data Infrastructure Development: Work cross-functionally to establish clear and accurate data views that help clarify complex issues.
- Interact with various teams across the T-Mobile to provide insights, analysis and recommendations that deliver data-driven, optimized experiences.
- Serve as a key point of contact in providing data and reporting solutions to drive enterprise results, including reports, dashboards, visuals, and self-service environments Define product feature and campaign success metrics and benchmarks.
- Utilize analytical and modeling capability to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization.
- Construct executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise and decision-impacting manner. Possess the ability to influence leadership through fact-based analysis.
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Data analysis, data science, decision science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required)
- Work Experience:
- 4-7 years Analytics experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
- 4-7 years Experience articulating and translating business questions and using statistical techniques to arrive at an answer using data
- 4-7 years Experience writing and speaking about technical concepts to business, technical, and lay audiences and giving data-driven presentations
- 4-7 years Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc.
- 4-7 years Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 4-7 years of proven experience in a similar role, successfully navigating complex data environments and storytelling.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build consensus, break down silos, and foster collaboration across teams.
- Understanding of the media/digital media data landscape and the ability to translate it into solutions.
- Ability to manage relationships, influence, and communicate complicated analysis, logic, and solutions clearly, providing decision support, analysis, and recommendations that help drive effective execution of initiatives.
- Exceptional at using wide-ranging datasets to deliver broad analysis and insights to maximize value creation and return on investment.

Base Pay Range: $96,700 - $174,400
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
