Job DescriptionPrimary Location: Nampa, IdahoLine Operator: Tends all beverage production line stations, including Filler Operator, Palletizer Operator, and Packaging Operator by performing the following duties.
Thursday through Saturday plus E/O Wednesday 6 am to 6 pm - Days Full Benefits after 90 days Retention Bonus QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to perform basic functions of math in all units of measure and formats. Ability to interpret rate, ratio, percent, and graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to effectively use basic hand tools, such as screwdriver, pliers, hammer, and wrenches. Must have good hand/eye coordination to monitor and make adjustments to production line.
