Location: Remote (For Non-Local) or Hybrid (Local to NYC area)

Position Summary:

Capital Rx is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Compliance Programs, to lead change management and compliance process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee compliance programs, drive continuous improvement, and lead a team of compliance professionals to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Position Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance compliance effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into business operations.
  • Assist in conducting regular assessments and audits to monitor compliance and identify risks with implementation.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to educate employees on new compliance standards and policies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on compliance program performance and effectiveness to senior management.
  • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in law, pharmacy, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance management or a related role.
  • Proven experience with change management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards in healthcare.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in Law, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in compliance management, preferably in a healthcare or PBM setting.
  • Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or similar accreditation.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.


Base Salary: $140,000 - $160,000

Visa Sponsorship: Capital Rx does not provide sponsorship to any candidates. This includes, but is not limited to those that require H1-B, TN, OPT, etc. Candidates must have authorization to work in the US at the time of application and throughout employment.
