What's involved in this role:

We are looking for a Human Capital Coordinator in Appleton, Wisconsin.

• Provides general administrative support to Employee Service Center including reporting, processing and reconciliations, document and presentation preparation, customer service, and other projects and duties as assigned.

• This position conductsnew hire orientations, maintains personnel and department files, and prepares and updates department reports.

• Performs various reception duties.

• Starting at $21.94/hour depending on qualifications

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

What you need to join our team:

• Associate's Degree in Human Resources/Human Capital or another related field preferred.

• Minimum two (2) years of Human Capital experience preferred.

• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and specific software such as Workday and Kronos.

• Demonstrate attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with executives, managers, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the organization.

• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.

• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
