White Pine Innovationsis seeking a full-time Program Manager to support our Department of Defense client in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Manage personnel, subcontractors, and contract deliverables.
  • Ensure cost, schedule, and performance goals are met and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Implement quality controls and mitigate risks.
  • Track and report performance metrics.
  • Ensure smooth transitions and service integrations.
  • Lead contractor and subcontractor teams.
  • Act as primary contact for the Contracting Officer and COR.
  • Lead daily operations with full authority on contract matters.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Due to the nature of the contract, a US. citizenship is required.
  • 10 years of full-time experience (including internships) providing financial management related services.
  • Bachelor's degree discipline: Accounting, Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration or other related business, scientific or technical discipline.
  • Unless otherwise noted, education and experience may be substituted on a 1:1 basis.
