(DEA) is seeking a Survey Project Manager to join our Portland, Oregon office. In this role, you will lead complex land survey projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across disciplines to support high-impact work in transportation, land development, and environmental infrastructure. You will also help expand DEA's survey presence while advancing our commitment to quality, innovation, and client service. About the Role As Survey Project Manager, you will manage a wide range of land survey projects from boundary and topography to ALTA and construction staking. You will provide clear direction to both field and office staff, perform quality control, lead technical deliverables, and maintain client relationships. This role requires a strong technical background and a desire to lead through collaboration, coaching, and accountability. DEA's Survey and Geomatics group operates as a revenue-generating business line and is equipped with cutting-edge tools including GPS, terrestrial and 3D laser scanning, and hydrographic systems.
