Job Overview
The Senior Integration Developer is a pivotal technical role, responsible for building industry-leading integration solutions in support of Marvin business goals through close collaboration with internal and external customers and vendors. The Senior Developer will work closely with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts gathering requirements and developing software solutions to meet business objectives while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and internal customers. These outcomes will be accomplished while leveraging a standards-based approach adhering to both industry and internally defined architectural patterns and best practices.
Highlights of your role
Design, develop, implement and support integration solutions that meet business requirements in an efficient and supportable manner, while leveraging common enterprise architecture patterns and development best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT professionals to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Thoroughly document development standards to achieve a repeatable, efficient processes used throughout the integration capability area.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for integration-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Manage and maintain the Boomi platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay updated on emerging integration technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance integration capabilities.
Compensation
$107,856 - $143,809 annually

Essential
- Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in building solutions using one or more of the following: Boomi integrations, API Management, Flow, Hub.
Hands-on experience with various integration patterns, such as ETL, real-time integrations, batch processing, and event-driven architectures.

- Enterprise Design Patterns: Experience documenting and leveraging enterprise design patterns including the ability to decompose complexity into small, reusable modules.
- Self-Motivated and Independent: Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and frameworks.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, supportable software solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
