SUPERVISOR: VP of Ag Markets

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Incumbent manages and grows an assigned portfolio of loans that meet profitability and credit quality targets, while maintaining a high level of credit administration. Marketing and community engagement is an expectation of this position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in agricultural business/management/marketing or finance and/or
• Minimum 5years of experiencein consumer and/or agricultural and/or commercial lendingoran equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
• Expert knowledge and understanding of agricultural business or finance
• Expert interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of agricultural industry
• Working knowledge of marketing principles and practices
• Computer proficiency
