The Director, Social Media will lead our social media strategy, execution, and growth across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and analytics to maximize organic reach and brand impact. This role requires a creative thinker, a data-driven strategist, and an inspiring leader who can drive organic growth while maintaining our brand voice and values. This Hybrid role requires in-person work at our Newton, MA headquarters. Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $120,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
